Service, delivery, cancellation & refunds.

1. What the pilot is
PropertyPack is an early, manually fulfilled service being tested with real estate photographers and related media businesses. It is not currently an automated software platform, subscription or instant-checkout service. The site shows an illustrative pilot package and a test price. Availability is limited and a project is not accepted merely because an inquiry is submitted.
2. Scope and order confirmation
Before payment, we confirm the project scope in writing by email, including the property/project, agreed deliverables, price, required source material and expected delivery timing. Any revisions, special formats or extra deliverables must also be agreed in writing. If the email confirmation differs from the general description on this site, the project-specific written confirmation controls for that project.
3. Pilot price and payment
The advertised $9 per property amount is an early test price for a limited pilot package and is not a guaranteed future price. Unless the written confirmation says otherwise, prices shown with a dollar sign are in United States dollars. For an accepted paid pilot, we may send a secure payment link from a third-party payment provider. This website does not request or store full payment-card details.
4. Customer materials and authorization
You may submit only photographs, logos, listing information and other materials that you own or are authorized to provide for this project. You authorize PropertyPack to process those materials only as reasonably necessary to prepare, revise and deliver the agreed package and to administer the project. You are responsible for the accuracy of property facts and for reviewing the finished materials before they are published or delivered to your client.
5. Digital delivery
There is no physical shipment. Finished deliverables are supplied digitally, normally through a private download or shared-folder link. The expected delivery date or turnaround is confirmed by email before payment. Delivery timing begins only after we have received the complete required source materials, accurate project information and any agreed payment. If required inputs are missing or changed, the expected delivery timing may move accordingly and we will communicate the change.
6. Cancellation and refund policy
To cancel, email hello@getpropertypack.com as soon as possible. If you cancel before production has started, we will provide a full refund of the PropertyPack service fee paid for that project. After production has started, because the pilot is a custom digital service prepared from your materials, refund eligibility will depend on the work already completed and the circumstances of the request. If PropertyPack cannot provide the agreed service, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered service. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights that apply under applicable law.
7. Review and corrections
Please review the delivered files before publication. If something does not match the agreed scope or confirmed property information, contact us promptly. The number or type of creative revisions, if any, is determined by the project-specific written confirmation; no unlimited revision commitment is implied by this page.
8. Prohibited or unsuitable material
Do not submit material you are not authorized to use, unlawful content, malicious files, or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the project. We may decline or stop a project if we reasonably believe the requested use or supplied material creates legal, rights, security or platform-policy concerns.
9. Demo and marketing claims
Oakview Residence is a fictional AI-generated concept. It is not a real listing, customer project, testimonial or evidence of a particular sales result. PropertyPack does not guarantee listing performance, social-media reach, leads or sales.
