Clear about what this pilot is.
Last updated September 25, 2026. PropertyPack is an independent early pilot. Contact: hello@getpropertypack.com.
Information you send to us
If you submit the pilot inquiry form, your name, email address, optional business name, inquiry category and message are transmitted to our form processing provider, Formspree, so the inquiry can be delivered to us and stored in the form archive. Please do not submit client photographs, private addresses or sensitive listing information through the inquiry form. For provider information, see Formspree’s privacy policy.
Email communication
If you contact us directly or reply to a pilot email, your message and contact details are processed through the email services used by you and PropertyPack so we can communicate about the inquiry or project.
Project files
For an accepted pilot, we may provide a private third-party upload link, currently using Dropbox, for authorized project photographs and related files. Do not send files until we have accepted the pilot and provided the project-specific upload instructions. You remain responsible for having the rights or permission required to provide the source material. Project files are used to prepare the agreed deliverables, support the project and resolve delivery issues. Retention may vary by project; you may ask about deletion of source files after delivery, subject to reasonable backup, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal requirements.
Payments
This website does not collect payment-card details. If a paid pilot is accepted, payment may be arranged through a secure third-party payment provider using a separate payment page or link. Payment credentials submitted on that provider’s page are processed by the provider under its own privacy and security terms. PropertyPack may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, date and transaction reference for order administration and accounting.
Site technology
This is a static website. In this version we do not use customer accounts, advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies. Browser, network and hosting providers may process standard technical connection information to deliver and secure the site. Fonts use your device’s system fonts; this site does not request an external font service.
Oakview demo disclosure
Oakview Residence and its stated property features are fictional. The demonstration visuals are AI-generated and do not depict an active listing or completed customer work. Real-property copy is prepared only from information supplied or approved by the relevant client.
